Just Like Me – signature program that utilizes mentoring to model positive soft skills in rising 9th grade girls. This program focuses on developing soft skills such as self-esteem, self- awareness, self-efficacy, and self-confidence through peer engagement and embedded mentoring supports. Guided academic supports are provided through high school course mapping and ACT preparation, exposure to female professionals are available through invited guest speakers, and social skill building is offered through immersive learning activities, real world experiences, workshops and trainings
On T.R.A.C.K. is a monetary service award provided to a graduating high school senior who exhibits exemplary service through community engagement.
